PO Box 413 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr. Ann Arbor, MI 49105-9484 Phone: (734) 677-5065 Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm To confirm your event date, we require a minimum $500 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your final balance and with this signed contract. 30 days prior to the event date we will require 50% of the total estimated cost of the event. (Payment in full is due ten days after your event date.) All orders shall be placed within 5 business days of the event, with a final count due 3 business days from the event. Events happening within 3 business days able to be cancelled due to time constraints as per Fabulous Food Inc. requests. All orders are subject to a ten-person minimum. China plates, glassware, silverware, linens, centerpieces, tents, tables, and chairs are available at an additional charge. Professional Service Staff available at hourly rates: Supervisor, $25; Server, $20; Chef, $25. All orders are subject to a delivery charge of $25 in Ann Arbor and $35 in the surrounding area. Deliveries outside the immediate areas are subject to a delivery charge at the discretion of Fabulous Food Inc and are based on mileage and other factors. A confirmed menu is required ten days prior to the event date; a final guest count is required five days prior to the event date. There will be no reductions on the final bill based on actual attendance. However, addition to the final head count will be honored to the best of our abilities. Cancellation between 30 and 14 days prior to the event, the client will be charged only non-refundable equipment; all other deposits will be waived. If cancellation occurs within 13 days and 72 hours, 50% of the full payment will be charged. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the event, you will be responsible for payment in full. All food, beverage, and equipment is subject to 6% Michigan sales tax, except when a copy of a tax exempt certificate is provided prior to the event. We use only the freshest food. Some of the foods are seasonal and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute when necessary at our discretion. Last minute requests will be honored to our best ability. No credit card(s) numbers will be held via this website. This website it just to save a date. A verbal response will confirm your event.
